Hey, I’m Maddi

I am the psychologist behind Bump to Bloom Psychology.

Bump to Bloom Psychology is a perinatal-focused practice supporting individuals and families from pre-conception and pregnancy through early parenthood. My approach is compassionate and utilises evidence-based care for the emotional challenges that can arise during this transformative stage, including anxiety, low mood, identity shifts, and adjustment to parenthood.

At Bump to Bloom Psychology, my job is to walk alongside you as you move through this transition, supporting you to feel more grounded, supported, and able to thrive as you grow from bump to bloom.

I am a mum to two little boys currently in a busy season of life and can understand the juggle that is motherhood, which is both deeply meaningful but equally as demanding.
