Do I need a referral to book?

No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment. However, if you’d like to access a Medicare rebate, you’ll need a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP (or psychiatrist/paediatrician).


What can I expect in the first session?

The first session focuses on getting to know you; what’s brought you in, your history, and your goals for therapy. We’ll also talk about how we can work together and answer any questions you have.


Do I have to be pregnant or be a mum?

Absolutely not! Despite the name Bump to Bloom psychology, sessions are available for any individual, with or without children. It is a welcoming space that offers mental health support and is not limited to only those who are pregnant or already have children. Everyone is welcome.


What are the benefits of Telehealth?
